Based in Changzhou which is a major industrial city and fine chemical base in China, we have seen steady growth since our foundation in the early 1990s. Our Identity
Our logo is a uniform polygon composed of five diamonds which represent the basic chemical elements and the key industries we've been serving. The green color is regarded as symbol of vitality, prosperity and sustainable growth. Our name ECOCHEM (pronounced as /ek¨-kem/) is combination of letters taken from economy and chemistry which implies our business scope precisely. Our slogan Ingredients of eco-Solutions expresses our dedication to provide both economical ingredients and ecoefficient solutions to our customers.
Our History
In 1992, Samlong Commercial Co., Ltd. was established in Changzhou as a private trading company. In 1998, when our export of chemicals started to gain momentum the company was renamed as Samlong Chemical Co., Ltd. accordingly. In 2002, the company name was changed to Ecochem Specialties Ltd. in order to reflect our new identity and shift in focus on developing economical ingredients and ecoefficient solutions for food, feed, cosmetics, agrochemical and pharmaceutical industries.
