The International Electric Vehicle Symposium and Exposition (EVS) series, organized by the World Electric Vehicle Association (WEVA), is recognized as the premier event for academic, government and industry professionals involved in electric drive technologies. The EVS series began in 1969 as an academic forum for global networking and the exchange of technical information. As electric drive technologies progressed from the classrooms and laboratories into the marketplace, EVS expanded into an event both academic and business oriented. In June 2025, the Nordic city will host EVS38, expecting more than 11 000 visitors. Participants encompass many sectors, from stakeholders and industry representatives to policymakers and associations to academics, researchers, and EV users. Over four days, we expect and encourage fruitful discussions, valuable networking, broadening of horizons and learning opportunities.
