The machine is designed horizontally, left and right wheelheads fixed on the same central line. The workpieces pass through the two grinding wheels and the dual surface are grounded simultaneously with high efficiency.
This machine is constructed with good rigidity. Wheelheads spindle sleeves are triangular, moving on the friction-reduced guides and locked during grinding. Grinding wheels rotate steadily. Feed device is designed for automatic compensation of dressed grinding wheels and ensures the identity of dimensions of workpieces.
