YRA-PS-01A sequin purfle control system is mainly used for sequin embroidery extending and sequin mending functions of industrial sewing machine; which not only can be used as sequin purfle controller, but also can be used as sequin patch controller.
Main features:
1. Two types sequin deliver mode: manual and automatically.
2. Adapt to two types sequin device: wheel and dialing types.
3. Support two-way sequin deliver motor, each way motor¡¯s sequin deliver angle and running angle can be set independently; there are single sequin, double sequins and alternate sequin available, any type of alternate mode can be set.
4. Adapt to two types machine: Encoder and Sensor.
5. High speed: 1800 RPM for stable working speed of dialing type sequin device for 5mm and continuous sequin deliver(one stitch for one sequin), which is at the top level of the same type products.
6. Lock function: to stop sequin delivering during embroidering just by closing the lock switch at any time when you want.
7. Workable as both sequin purfle and sequin patch controller, choose sequin purfle or sequin patch working mode at the menu.
8. 60 normal designs stored in memory, and the customers can also define 10 pairs user-defined designs with 1~60 stitches, its most advanced function is that the customers can even edit the complex designs within 60 stitches using any type of alternate mode.
9. ¡°Lock stitch¡±, ¡°Sequin deliver no.¡±, and ¡°Idling stitch after deliver¡± etc. parameters are all saved as default, all the parameters range are 0~99 stitches.
